SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders are subject to product availability.

- If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and update you with the approximate time of delivery.

- All Items on our website are only shipped to address within Hong Kong.

-Items will be delivered by  "SF Express" / Hong Kong Post.

-Items will be shipped our own packaging, we will make sure the packing is in good condition before we hand over to Express company or Hong Kong Post Office.

Refund Policy

All products cannot be changed unless they have product quality problems.

Application for return or exchange shall be made within two workdays after receiving (based on the date arrive in SF delivery app).  In the case, we will not accept any application on product return or exchange or be legally responsible for the products.

If your payment method is PayMe from HSBC or Faster Payment System(FPS). There are two options for you:

Option 1 : We will make a full refund for the goods you reserved.

Option 2 : We will exchange it with another products with same value.

If your payment method is Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) , Apple Pay or Google Pay. There are two options for you:

Option 1 : We will exchange the order amount into a gift certificate of the same value.
